- AFI released the song "I Hope You Suffer" from their upcoming September album.

- Rise Against has announced plans to release “Long Forgotten Songs: B-Sides & Covers 2000-2013”. A short teaser can be found in the link provided.

- Fresh off of the news we shared a couple weeks ago, A Skylit Drive has released a teaser video to announce that their new album, “Rise”, will be released very soon.

- On her way to a Dave Matthews Band concert, a long-time fan of Dave Matthews stopped to help a stranded person on the side of the road. What followed was something she’ll never forget.

On The Plate:
- This week, we have a special treat! We’ll be spotlighting an up-and-coming local band from Los Angeles, CA by the name of ‘Outside Animals’. Also, we share out thoughts on their debut EP, “Black Room”, which was released to the public on July 13th.

The entire band has really appreciated the nice things you guys had to say, and personally it's still a little unreal that you even liked it at all. So an incredible amount of thanks!     1. Your thanks is really not needed. In all honesty, all Adam and I did was give our honest thoughts about an album in which you can hear was made with love, care, and pure talent.
      Really, we should be thanking you all! We both listen to A LOT of music and it's so refreshing to listen to record that was as funky and unique as 'Black Room'. We're both rooting for you all and want nothing but all the success you deserve in your music career.
      Our next step is to see you guys live! Hopefully, it's sooner than later.
