The Feed:
- The Used announced that they will be releasing a new EP on July 9th entitled "The Ocean of the Sky"

- Because of some apparent legal action, bands who are performing on the Vans Warped Tour are no longer allowed to say “mosh pit” or “wall of death” during their sets.

- Singer, Aaron Carter, was reportedly beaten up in Boston this weekend in a supposed ‘turf war’.

- Millions of people will be celebrating on July 15th when Hostess will be bringing Twinkies back on shelves.

On The Plate:
- In a historic ruling, the Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that DOMA will be invalidated! Even better, the disgusting Prop 8 in California was also thrown out, leading the way for same-sex marriages to resume in the state. We share our thoughts as well as look forward to the future of civil liberties.


Sound Off:
- Mike: The next comic-book superhero film, Kick Ass 2, comes out next month and it appears that one of the lead actors in the film, Jim Carrey, is now trying to distance himself from his involvement in the movie.
