- Shirley Manson, of Garbage, wrote an open letter to Kanye West after his controversial comments during the Grammys

- During the Grammys, Mastadon guitarist, Brent Hinds, was allegedly kicked out of the ceremony because he “doesn’t know how to behave”.

- Miss Fortune announced their new side-project called ‘Northern Lights’.

- Bayside released a lyric video to their b-side “Dancing Like Idiots”. The band has since received a lot of criticism from fans and critics regarding the lyrical content.

- Vanilla Ice was arrested due to his alleged connection to a Florida burglary.
