The Feed:
- In the event of a popular hashtag making the rounds on Twitter, Digiorno made a snafu and had to delete a tweet that many people viewed as insensitive.

- During the Apple Press Conference this past week, U2 made a surprise announcement about their new thirteenth album.

On The Plate:
- Back in July, Alternative Press held their first Alternative Press Music Awards. This week, we talk about the nominations, the winners, the show itself, the idea of having an annual recognition for musicians who aren’t in the mainstream, and what kind of changes we’d personally like to see for the show in the future.
