According to a recent article, some tattoo artists are attempting to ‘extort’ some famous people, mainly NFL players, over the copyrights to the tattoos that they’ve done for them? Is there any legal validity to this? How far could this go if copyright law were to extend to tattoos? Adam and Mike weigh in.
