- XTRMST, the side-project punk band from AFI’s Davey Havok, will release their debut full length album on November 18th.

- Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine, ex-Audioslave) is under fire for going on a Twitter rant when he was denied special treatment at a local Seattle restaurant. Morello has since released a statement on the matter.

- Ozzy Osbourne has announced that Black Sabbath is planning a final studio album as well as a world tour.
